  Had limited time for dinner before a show and everywhere was heaving except this gem. The staff were accommodating, the menu read well and it delivered: delicious and with such a great view and we made our show!

  Pretty disastrous for a spot with Wolfgang Pucks name. Service is terrible. We order drinks they don't bring any napkins. We had to go to the bar for water when we were at a table bc they took so long and when we ordered food they didn't have or bring us any utensils. Expect a little better from a place that charges 19 bucks for California rolls!! Give high price service when you charge high prices

  We were staying at the Ritz, so it was easy to pop up after the Lakers game. It was good but not great. The space is awesome as is the view. Service was on point, 5 stars on that end. It's just the food was okay when the prices are for food that's great - or at least packs a flavor punch. Bottom line: if we're staying downtown at the Ritz again, then we'll probably try it again - but it's just okay and that says a lot.

  The service was exceptional. The food however definitely needed some major improvements. Most dishes were somewhat acceptable, but stay clear of the assorted dim sum, I think ones on Cathay Pacific taste better than these.

  Excellent ambiance and service. It is a little on the pricey side but the food is good. I appreciate the fact that they have a vegetarian menu!
