  Great gym!! I highly reccomend it to anyone serious about general lifting, bodybuilding or powerlifting. Would love to see new members. You will find motivation here! I have been to all of the following: Gold's Gym (Islip), Pit Of Iron Gym, Pro-Fit, Blink Fitness (Islandia & West Islip), Bev Francis Powerhouse, Unique Fitness, Hybrid Strength, Gaglione Strength, and Blue Collar Barbell, BUT I still chose this gym and don't plan on switching.   Can't give it a 5 bc the bathroom is disgusting and the music sucks.

  Loved this gym. Super friendly staff and members. I only wish I lived closer. The mono lift is a plus.

  Great gym!! Its a little grungy but it has a good atmosphere. You get powerlifting and bodybuilding equipment that is in decent shape and metal weight plates (the best). Surprisingly this place has been cleaner than the bigger commercial gym that I used to go to (even the bathrooms). Also the staff is friendly and the gym for how small it is has never felt overcrowded, even during rush hours.
