  This place is great. I have tried working out in several places but this gym is the best. Dave, my trainer, is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and explains in full any questions I have. He knows a lot about nutrition as well. He really listens and focuses on my individual needs. I have never felt better. The whole staff is very friendly and I feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend this gym.

  I like this gym, very clean, the staff members are great, friendly and go all out to try and meet your needs, very attentive, the classes are awesome, from sculpting to kickboxing, cycle/spin classes, trainers to train you, You name it!!! Highly recommended....
