::Every time I have come here, the workers are very helpful and friendly. I've seen all these bad reviews but I have never had a bad experience and I come here every other week. One time I had a problem where an ATM ate my deposit and at Woodforest they went above and beyond to help me as best they could. The only drawback is the line when it gets busy may take a while but thats only during peak times and because they take their time ensuring that you're cared for. It's always a joy to come in (even with problems) because I know they will be welcoming and eager to help me in any way!

::This is the worst bank I have never experienced. I would give this bank a negative 5 if possible . first off , I lost a money order supposedly come to find out it was stolen . they give me the run around for several weeks giving me different methods to get my money back . then i just moved to one side of the country to Texas , and was getting furtuniture . the store I was purchasing furnitue from was wanting my routing and account number . I call the customer service to retrieve my account number and I was on the phone with woodforest for hours trying to get the account number getting hung up on by supervisor and now I am on a savings account and my account cannot overdraw by I have a over draw fee of 67 bucks . wow banking with wood forest is pure hell

::How long can it possibly take to withdraw money from your account and make a money order?? Been in line over 20 minutes waiting for one person. Do the tellers have to go to the US Mint to get the money??? My goodness!!!! And I gave you one star bevause I had to in order to leave a review!!!!
