  The people here do not want to work. Lizbeth Alvarez is one of the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with at a bank.

  Capital One Bank sucks. It is one of those douchey banks that charges non-customers to cash perfectly good checks written by their customers. I'm surprised this is even legal under federal banking lawas--but it certainly is the kind of business practice that will keep me from ever, ever, ever banking with them personally.

  My bank community resource sent a car payment to Capital One Oct30, On Oct 31 Capital one withdrew another car note. Ca[ital. one has been researching this since. Community Resource showed me proof Capital One received payment both times in one month. Ms. Batsi stated it would take 4 to 5 working days to rectify this. Haven't received one phone call. Thank god this wasn't a mortgage. Very unprofessional of Ms. Batsi. Is anybody there that cares about your customer.

  Great bank! I've worked with Tiffany 3x each time was wonderful! Just very courteous and professional!

  Bank has great service! Wish I could say the same about the drive thru ATM.😤
