::Terrible!! Ordered dinner to deliver for my family of 3. If Wingstop uses door dash for their delivery, WS is the one responsible for packing the correct order and mine was very wrong….yet they want to somewhat blame it on DoorDash. I was missing all dipping Ranch, a side order and desserts…so it wasn’t just 1 mess up. They would not bring the missing items, because of using door dash. I am supposed to get a full refund for the whole dinner (the manager was nice about that) but they need to get their crew doing their jobs!! I will not be ordering from that location again.

::I love the dry Louisiana Rub. Unfortunately, evertime I order from any Wingstop, they screw up my order in some way. I've given up on Wingstop. 😒

::Ordered last night a at around 10:15 pm thinking the wife and I would have a nice dinner and a movie and I got the most disgusting food I’ve ever seen. Do not recommend and will never buy there again. Wings were so dry and overcooked and the fries oh the fries 🤮

::Very sweet girl up front trying to do her best but surrounded by a bunch of guys who were more focused on chatting and socializing-work should be fun… I get it... but young, seemingly untrained staff. A few of us waiting were told they were behind and we were offered a brownie… no clear ETA. there needs to be an adult in the store managing and helping the work flow. Employees on their phones texting while frying-then burning and throwing out wings, hair flying everywhere (it’s covid, wear a hair net-prob why there was a hair in the chicken in one of the other reviews below! and gloves and keep your masks up). The store is grimy and the floors were sticky and the delivery drivers and I just watched 2 big roaches crawl by and then under the rugs in front that were rolled up. We told the petite gentleman up front at the cash register. He walked out, looked at the floor, and shrugged… What is the point of having a great app or order ahead function, when your store cannot meet demand? My order was supposed to take 21-26 min. It took 49 minutes, a long in-store wait, and an unpleasant introduction to this Baytown location.

::Ok.... so I came to this Wing Stop at 104pm from Crosby because I was out shopping, and I ordered some wings (the Family Pack) and the gentleman behind the counter was very awesome and polite. I received my food and I went home and there was hair in my chicken.. I threw it all away. I dont know what to say, so I settled for Wendy's.
