  I’ve never had Papa John’s before but my wife wanted some, so I went ahead and ordered it over the phone with some wings, I was told it was gonna be 15 to 20 minutes so I showed up half an hour later…snobby person at the register told me it was another 15 to 20 minutes, apparently I called a call center and they receive their stuff 15 to 30 minutes later. Needless to say I walked out didn’t get it and never again will I order Papa John’s

  I was in the hospital ordered a large Italian sausage pizza and delivery was outstanding until I opened the box they brought me a large pepperoni pizza n I'm not a fan of but gave it away n hopes of the next time I order it will be corrected

  I clearly called ahead and asked do you have gluten free crust at the Baytown location, yes we do I place the order and waited 20 min just to get a cancelled order email when I check the status of my order when I’m in the parking lot. The previous time I ordered delivery and I got someone else’s order and I left a tip, the driver came back to pick up the wrong food and then I get a call saying we don’t have gluten free call ahead next time. So I waited a hour to get no pizza and tipped 8 bucks for nothing. This place is ran by idiots taking my business elsewhere.

  Ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 715. At 9 the app told us the pizza had been delivered. Called Papa John's and the delivery driver couldn't find the house so they left. Waited till 945 and still no pizza. Called back and was told it would be there shortly. Pizza finally showed up at 1025. Over three hours and yes, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible. I would not waste your time and money on a pizza place that's expensive and incompetent.

  I was just told by the manager that there is no way they gave me a thin crust pizza because none of their medium pizzas are avaliable in thin crust. He had a snoty attitude and was condescending. Everytime i order from this location it is always screwd up. I had my food delivered because i was unable to leave as i work from home. His response was bring it in and ill show you its not thin crust.
