::Great stay and service for the night we were in town. The room was spacious, the king sized bed comfortable, and the room chilly, all how I like it. No waffle machine though was a downer. Instead they had a really cool pancake machine I’ve never seen before. That was actually really awesome to look at and watch the pancakes cook. Also it’s in a good spot a little out from the city, but if you’re planning on anything outside of downtown it’s just a short drive away. If I’m in Memphis again I’d go back, I’m loyal to solid hotels.

::I thought the room and bathroom were decorated nicely and were big, the bed was comfortable, and I love that the air conditioner kept the room cold. It did have a few issues such as my inner door hinge lock was broken, the wall protector was busted, and there was mold under the sink, all little things. Overall the stay was nice I was surprised however by the $150 fee no one mentioned until I arrived . I feel like that should be mentioned to booking agencies to tell customers.

::This hotel was very clean and very good. We enjoyed our stay and are very happy about the location. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the free breakfast wasn’t the best. It could use a lot of work. There wasn’t many options and the pancake maker was not working either. 2 of the juices were out as well. Otherwise, the place is definitely clean and well maintained.

::I enjoyed my stay here. This is the second time I stayed here, and enjoyed every time. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good and hot, with your choice. Close to other restaurants. Beds are comfortable and clean I will stay here again. One thing they could change is the toilet, the toilet are to low. Management can you buy taller toilets.

::I came here because it was pet friendly. The hotel itself was fine, but the 2nd floor where the pet rooms were was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like a pet store as soon as you exited the elevator and enter the floor. The rooms were musty, smelly, and old. The pet-friendly rooms are disgusting. Absolutely not worth the price and are unacceptable. I asked to switch rooms, but they were connected and both very hard to breathe inside. My chest felt restricted to a point where I needed to use an inhaler and bring in an air purifier that I had stored in my car for my cross-country move. The room itself was decrepit; rust and dust are all over everything. It was my first ever pet-friendly hotel and I assumed that I’d have to settle for awful hotel rooms for the entirety of the trip, but the next night at another pet-friendly chain, the entire floor and rooms were totally normal; no breathing issues, mustiness, and smell. This hotel is absolutely unacceptable, not to mention the front desk literally ignored me when they asked how my stay was and I said that the second floor and rooms were disgusting. I would not recommend, and it’s very clear that their BS comments on the feedback are not being used to improve their hotel. Corporate will be hearing about this.
