::Do not recommend! I asked for a room on the 1st floor to keep an eye on my vehicle as this area experiences vehicle break ins, I was told I had to be placed on the 3rd floor. The stairwell was covered in needles. Reserved a room for 4 days and did not receive any house keeping, no fresh towels, toilet paper, new sheets, etc. each day I had to go downstairs to get the key reprogrammed which was not convenient as I worked 12+ hours every day. I asked for fresh towels on my 4th day and was told they do not have any. I travel each week and this was the worst experience I’ve received at a hotel.

::Not even 2 minutes into getting into our room 120 already saw a cockroach and cigarette burns on the bed, Also There was a brown stain on the bed and bed bugs lots of them. Horrible hotel wouldn’t recommend it’s the equivalent to sleeping outside.

::Hate to give such ratings but need to warn people about this property. Simply pathetic. We had 2 rooms and both were below par. Not sure how CHOICE Hotels have them in network. Rusted electronics. AC was making more noise than giving cool air. Cleanliness was a concern too.

::**Long but Honest Review** I'm a female Military employee who drove solo from Indiana to Memphis, arriving at midnight. Reservation was made for the next day, but paid for an extra day, since I arrived early. The younger dark haired male night shift worker was pleasant. Room initially seemed affordable (used Military discount), came with a minifridge & microwave, was located right off the highway, and was surprisingly spacious: although, the couch and chair looked like it was purchased from Goodwill. The toilet was wobbly, there was mold in the shower, and the shower curtain was not waterproof, allowing water to get on the floor. The lamps were rusted, and long, dark fine hairs were found on towels, bed linen, inside the shower, and inside the sink. The only thing replaced in the last 10 years was the flooring. The next morning before 10am checkout, I spoke to the older, dark haired male worker to ensure that I was good to go with my extra day & reservation. This male worker verified my last name & told me that everything was taken care of. So, I went to my room to shower and get dressed for the day. About 1 hour later, 4 DIFFERENT WORKERS (the original male worker, an older white haired male, an older dark haired lady, and an African American male who seemed to be security) called the room's phone AND came to the door 5 TIMES to see if I was going to stay or leave. I was absolutely confused & assured each worker that I was staying for my reservation: however, I needed to finish getting dressed. Each person that came to my room door became more aggressive and disrespectful, trying to FORCE me to stop getting dressed to come pay the bill right away. A bill that I was lead to believe would just be charged to my card, since I checked on it an hour prior. After the 5th contact, which was the original worker I spoke with before the 10am checkout, who was absolutely rude, I decided that I would cancel my reservation and leave before they called the police on me. So, I immediately threw all of my unpacked belongings into my luggage & dragged them all with me to the office. All with hair clips in my hair and not completely dressed. The original dark haired male worker completely LIED and said that I never came to speak to him before the 10am checkout and that he'd never seen me before. The exchange BLEW MY MIND! After using deductive reasoning, I, honestly, believe if I were White, the treatment would've been different. I paid for my first night upon arrival, AND I had a subsequent 2 day reservation that was made online: so, payment was no problem. I had only been there for less than 12 hours! I would NOT recommend this hotel. The advertised amenities are not available. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, the continental breakfast was unavailable, the gym was closed, and the room ended up being overpriced, even with a Military discount.

::Room was spacious but dusty. First room had stains on the mattress so we got another room. No continental breakfast due to “COVID”. No pool No fitness center If you don’t have the fitness center, the pool or continental breakfast, then why advertise them?
