  Super friendly staff! Visited during a networking mixer which brought us to 5 different locations in the mall. When I stopped at William Sonoma they had samples of cookies and coffee drinks. They also were able to provide me details on upcoming sales of items I was looking at purchasing.

  Terrible customer service! Managers don't care about honoring the sales price. First and last time at this store.
