::Well, pretty much the same strengths and weaknesses as any other Whole Foods. Good meat counter with helpful butchers, good produce. Little brand name stuff. Cheaper than Safeway.

::I loved this Whole Foods as it’s generally well stocked and closest location to my home. I unfortunately experienced really poor customer service when attempting return some Amazon items by Morales (the person behind the return desk). At first I thought we had a language barrier that required me to repeat that I have to do returns 1 by 1 to pull up each return code. She rolled her eyes at me and continued to do her tasks like taping boxes (I had 6 things to return). Every time I called her for help as that I was ready with a new return code and need her to scan, she seemed frustrated and irritated on why I would call her for help (?) lol She then proceeded to take the customer behind me when I wasn’t finished with my returns (had 1 more to go)… the customer behind me looked at me was wondering if that’s okay And I said that’s okay and that she can alternate between us since I have to go through multiple screens to pull up my final return code. Morales then yells at the second customer behind me that she cannot help her just yet because she is dealing with me and then yells at me that she must help the customer behind me (???) so confusing. I am now confused as as is the customer behind me. I tell the customer behind me to go ahead since the code option was coming up for UPS only. After helping the second customer, she looks at me and leaves the desk as I attempt to ask her how come it’s UPS only, could we try to scan the code? Or is it necessary to go to UPS only? She calls for another co-worker who doesn’t do amazon returns and cannot help me. And he apologizes and I’m just left standing there with her standing a few feet away from me talking to her coworkers and ignoring the desk. Finally another store clerk comes behind the drop off desk that was so helpful, communicative and did his best to scan the UPS code and apologized (I have no idea if he saw Morales behavior or not). I took this time to write this out her dismissive tone, attitude and impatience boiled down to really poor customer service (that had nothing to do with a language barrier and everything to do with simple humanity and acknowledging/helping your customers). I know we can all have hard days and I have no idea what’s going on in her life. I just did not expect to be treated in such a manner. Left disappointed and wanted to report this experience somewhere.

::The staff here are great, and the selections interesting. It’s also a Amazon locker location, and parking can fill up quickly.

::SAD salad bar everythingvwas wilted andnor depleted, great sushi, the hot clam chowder was a bit heavily ladder with potatoes and light on the clams. Lines were long late afternoon but moved quickly. Prices of course are high- to be expected at whole paycheck for those not making a 6 figure income this place is not sustainable in any way shape or form. It's bizarre to see more virtual shoppers for online customers than actual shoppers.
