  Branka in the tile department is wonderful. She was patient with us as we browsed a few different projects until we decided we would update our kitchen. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and offers wonderful insight and advice. We would definitely return for our next project. The tile selection is surprisingly large and impressive.

  I just finished having carpet laid in my bedrooms and hardwood floors in my living and dinning room. I couldn't be happier with the entire project. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and very professional! Promised dates were kept and the installation team were efficient, neat and courteous. I've already recommended Westchester House and Home to many friends and family members. Beyond satisfied! It was a pleasure doing business with Westchester House and Home. They absolutely care about their customers.

  Kathy in the carpet and flooring department is wonderful to work with. There is a varied assortment of rugs, all types and all prices to choose from.

  Be very careful when dealing with WH&H. Tried to work with them to perform a simple hardwood floor replacement. They were completely incompetent. They did not have the materials on hand when they confirmed our appointment at their showroom. When we informed them we decided to pursue other options for our flooring needs, they sent us a flood of nasty email's and a bill for $200! This was for their "consultation" fee and for providing us three hardwood samples, which were returned to them after we looked at them. Horrible customer service! Horrible experience! If you're looking to update your hardwood floors, work with a retailer that specializes in hardwood flooring - not this "one stop design shop" that doesn't know a thing about hardwood flooring or customer service.
