  This is one of my best HOME Depot, it stays very busy, but I love the variety of flowers and the customer service is excellent.

  Needed a chainsaw. Found a chainsaw. As I was looking, an employee came over, asked if I wanted help. Advised me about the saw, explained that I needed nothing else. Took me through fuel requirements. I felt like I made a good choice when I walked out the door.

  I canceled an order April 16 but never received the refund. Followed up with the store 6 times in a month. Each time they assured me that the refund has been posted and for me to give it anything between 2 to 30 days (depending on the rep) for the credit card company to see the transaction come through. Today - after a month - the store tells me that the refund was never posted (note - despite assurance each of the 6 times)! Very unpleasant experience. And still waiting for my refund!!!!

  Home Depot can't live without since we have a house now. DIY persons heavan and newbie gardeners none bank breaking pit stop. Jim there in the Garden dept is awesome. Been asking questions, taking advice and so knowledgeable. You can't ask someone who works there in the wrong dot and get the perfect answers. But I always ask the contractors desk questions and get answers and solutions. And they provide kids with workshops once a month that puts them in the awesome category.

  Today's visit was not the best because of the waiting time to get 2 copies of my house keys. I had to ask 2 different staff and wait each time I asked for someone to assist me. Finally, someone was able to make the copies. But I gave it a 4 stars because of the way the staff provided his service with a smile and consideration. I mean, The first staff that requested service for me saw me in another line now, to pay for the keys that I waited for too long to get and called me to ring me up! That's was super nice! By the way they have very nice personalized key models to choose from @ different prices.
