  I rated this one star because there is no quiet place. The rooms are reserved for two or more which is fine. However, when you have a tenant who lives in the quiet room, literally, there should be an exception to access the reserved rooms. There are two quiet rooms. One of the rooms has a tenant who lives in there with all his belongings, plastic bags, clothes etc, and the other quiet room is full to capacity. Then,there is the reserved room that is ONLY for 2 or more... but one person should be allowed access because of the tenant in the other room. This place is entirely too loud. I feel like I never left home. They're vacuuming, talking loudly, I mean, I could of stayed home for all this. SO MUCH FOR QUEIT TIME.

  This library has great ambiance. It's small, quiet, and has comfortable seating. Overall a great place to get work done!

  A very amazing place to hang out with friends, has alot a books to choose from, and the staff members are very polite and a good environment for everybody. And i thanks this library for having alot of books that i enjoy so much and i thank the staff for helping with everything that i need. 😊👍

  Very comfortable space to spend time, a lot of study desk. Media section is like a music-store :-)

  Be careful when you return the books: Make sure those items are removed from your account. (or you have to pay) Recently, I returned a book, OVER THE FRONT DESK, (not in the drop box) and after a day, they said I didn't return. When I asked them, 1) The senior clerk said that the employee who scanned my books, told her that I may have given the book outside the library. -- A story they came up with. 2) When I asked to check the CAMERA OVER THE FRONT DESK, that is over the counter, they refused. 3) More over the senior clerk is a little harsh and brought up rules along with the security guard, who is ready to throw you out for asking. I guess what might have happened here is: that they may have misplaced the book in another section or the employee who scanned the items stole it, based on the story they told me. This is only one bad experience happened to me in one year. But where I'm disappointed is the harshness of the senior clerk and the lie (the employee's story) But the rest of the staff is good and the library is a great experience.
