  This is the store you need to visit when you're ready to move up from starter furniture. They have a range of quality lines to fit a lot of different budgets. The sales team at all the locations have always been very helpful and willing to work with us even when I present them with impossible requirements.

  So far, no good. The design and sales processes were OK and the sales person herself was nice enough, but the couch we ordered in November is still not here and we're getting very mixed messages about its status. I'm moments away from canceling my $5000 order.
