  Knowledgeable sales woman who was very helpful and friendly. Although fairly expensive, the items for sale are top-quality and are unbelievably comfortable. I agree with Ian's review as well.

  A group of us came into this store just to take a look around and what an experience! Jill, the store manager, greeted us and proceeded to show us all the cool stuff in the store. She was very friendly, sweet, and did not pressure us to buy anything at all. She let us try a couple of the different massage chairs and they were awesome! We never cared too much for massage chairs before this but getting one is our new goal! This was a very cool experience and I definitely recommend coming in if you are curious about luxury massage chairs. They also have a lot of cooler smaller massage gadgets that we ended up purchasing. Try the zero gravity chair if you stop by!

  This place is amazing. Yes, the prices may be a bit high but the products are high end! I purchased a perfect chair from from Human Touch & couldn't be happier. The zero gravity position on this chair is an utter joy. The staff was amazing & extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone suffering from occasional back aliments to stop by at this location (or any Relax the Back location in California).

  I visited the store to find a gift for my daughter who is a dancer and frequently gets muscle cramps and knots. I needed something portable and easy to use anywhere. I met with Albert who was with other customers buying larger items. He did give me a good amount of his time and attention as I asked him questions about the Acuball product. My daughter loves it. It's easy to carry in her purse or dance bag and it works great. Definitely worth the small $20 price tag. Thank You RTB Irvine,

  Lots to see and experience here for improving your back, sleep, and workstation. I wasn't able to find the right chair for me here, but their selection is good enough for the majority of people I think. I also have to point out that if you have a chance, ask for Chris. He's the most knowledgeable sales person I've encountered at this store, and he's got great suggestions to offer.
