  I have to hand it to the folks at this Wendy’s, they've got customer service down pat. They were all out of large cups, but they tried their darnedest to quench my insatiable thirst. And let me tell you, that baked potato and natural lemonade combo is worth any minor inconvenience. Sure, the fries were a little past their prime, but who needs fries when you have a potato the size of your head? All in all, it was a great experience and a welcome addition to my not-so-healthy diet. But hey, life is too short to count calories, am I right?

  If it was possible it would be zero stars, I waited over 40 minutes for a small fry and a junior cheeseburger. They are so rude and I understand they are probably short staffed but 40 minutes when it's not even busy. It's 7:30 at night is unacceptable

  I just wanted a medium Frosty/Fry. Not a crazy order but I worked a long day and wanted something sweet. My fries were cold and my Frosty was sized Small. Not great. Won't be returning.

  Ordered through the app for dine-in, which the app said was open. Showed up and there's a sign at the front doors that the dining room is closed. Had to wait in the drive thru line to get my order, for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Finally got there to get food only to be told that we could come inside and the doors shouldn't be locked.

  I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line to place my order, which took forever. When they finally gave it to me I get the drink holder after I get all 4 of my drinks. I get all the way home and my sandwich is wrong and I am missing something. I live 20 minutes away and stopped there after shopping. This is the worst place on the planet. I tried calling and just hang up on you.
