::Sorry, but their Nachos were horrible. 1 whole large raw onion, slivered, (better to be diced and maybe half an onion), and what had to be a whole restaurant size can of "whole" green olives (40+) 22 still left on the plate after eating as much as I could (better to be sliced so olives don't roll off the plate and onto the floor). The salty, vinegar olive brine was all I could taste. Hardly any diced tomatoes (like 10 small chunks cooked and sprinkled to give it "some" color,) and the solid melted "cheese top" glued everything into one big glob. No sour cream or guacamole (I probably could have asked for it. Extra charge??). UPDATE: After looking at other 1 ⭐️ reviews and pictures, I realize there are no tomatoes, just the red pimientos escaping from the olives. They also used to have large slivers of raw green pepper, but not now. Sheesh! I'm betting green peppers are too expensive, and onions and olives are cheap. Tomatoes, oh hell no!! Way to expensive. Yeah, I ate it because I was hungry. I believe my picture shows enough. The waitress brought me an extra plate so I could chisel off a section and transfer it to the empty plate. A steak knife should never NEED to be accompanied with nachos. I had a fountain soda and 1 refill. Later in the evening, I had a fountain of my own in the bathroom. Don't know if their fountain machine needs cleaning or if all that brine juice caused a reaction. They need to reinvent this dish and should review their food handling process. My highlight of the meal was the free chips and salsa (humm... maybe it was the homemade salsa).

::I have to say that Mexican Fiesta has wonderful customer service. We placed a fairly large carryout order for up to 5 families. Sadly, we picked a night where it was unbelievably busy. We waited an hour and a half before the order was ready. As a token a of thanks for waiting and not complaining or cancelling the order. We were given a $50 gift card. Oh, and even with all that. The food came out fabulous! Great job Mexican Fiesta!

::I thought this place was a little bit overpriced, I had the taco salad wasn't that it was bad, just didn't remind me of an original taco salad. Our server was good though, and treated us good.

::Are you ready for these nachos?! Do you love mouthfuls of whole olives and jalapenos?? Then we got the nachos for you. We're talking thickkk cut fresh onions, whole olives, and chunkie chunkie jalapenos on top of a bean/chicken mixture smothered in melted gooey cheese. Delicioso! But if this doesn't meet your expectations of appetizer nachos, you'll be asked if you even read the menu. I mean, can you even read? Lol. Maybe the menu should be accompanied by a picture because words just can't describe the awesomeness! I felt bad for the server as she definitely seemed stressed but we had great company and the evening was entertaining. Maybe just skip the nachos :D

::Mannnnn we had a great time at this restaurant. I got the Strawberry Watermelon Margarita (wasn’t strong, I didn’t taste any liquor). Husband got the wild Berry margarita. The crunchy and thick chips are made in the back - PERFECTION. I ordered the combo platter. The Combo dinner with 2 beef tacos, (I swapped the enchilada) for a chicken taco, bean and cheese tostada, and pork tamale. 2 Beef and 1 Chicken enchiladas (dinner portion)
