I always get disappointed when I visit this Wendy's ..the food is hit or miss when it comes to being fresh...today I go at 1230..thinking they will have fresh cooked burgers and not the ones they precooked and then put in a holding bin. Naw...same old crusty meat. The service was good and friendly. Thats all I have good to say about my visit today

This was by far the worst restaurant I have been to. Everyone in the restraint got their orders mixed up. Employees taking food off trays that were already served and giving it to the correct people. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Asked if they had any to fill and was told no they do not have to grab a napkin. Food was taking 20 minutes to get. Worst experience ever

Pot Holds completely around the building OMG... After waiting for my food a guy took my money, went to the register and then fixed my food with the same gloves on. Yuk After I ask for hot 🍟 fries...He still pass me 🍟 that was warm not Hot. I seen them drop fries but I still received warm not Hot fries. So what...the grease wasn't hot. I was so displeased

Generally, I'm used to decent service at fast food places. Was shocked at the rude demeanor. No conversation, zero customer service, less than bad, non existent. I pulled up to order, sat and waited for someone to ask for my order, nothing. I said hello, got a order when you're ready. I gave my order of one single burger, got no acknowledgement other than the screen showing my order. Pulled up to the window, handed over the money, was given change, never a word, no eye contact, just handed the bag, never got a chance to ask for salt, no napkin, just a slam of the window. My wife and I were shocked. Just hope the manager reads this, this employee needs a different line of work.

The place definitely needs remodeling. Customer service was so-so. Cashier could have been a little more congenial. Would eat there again as a last resort.
