::The tellers are kind, but I really don't understand how they decide when to attend their windows. Sometimes the line is 12+ people and there will only be one teller. This is made worse by people talking on their cell phones in line. I do not look forward to having to visit this bank.

::Wish I could rate it a zero. Tellers are unprofessional and rude. I came into this branch to do business and I had not one but two tellers scoff at me and act like private I’s when trying to cash a check. This is one reason why my bank account is not with Wells Fargo. I’m very sure the crimes they’ve committed in the past will continue to pop up in the future. When I walked in a second time I saw two tellers a man and women looking over an account as I walked in and when I came to the window the male teller saw me and sarcastically said oh there she is now. That’s how I know they were going through my mothers bank account. They definitely racially profiled me as I’m heavily tattooed and a woman, as well as being a minority. I’ll never come into this branch again. I ended up at Wells Fargo in Alhambra where the customer service was as it should be at a banking institution. Shame on you Wells Fargo for having such poor performance by people who represent your institution at the Wells Fargo San Fernando Burbank location. Obviously by these reviews I’m not the only person who’s had a problem with the staff here. And don’t worry my mother will be reporting the incidents with Wells Fargo as well. This is to inform the public of my experience.

::Poor experience. I tried to close my account with them since there's a breach in my credit card with unauthorized transaction with them. Teller just cashed my balanced, and as I said "Can I also close my account?" Teller became very rude, and claimed they couldn't close it and had to call the 1-800 number. After telling me that I look up, and the teller left without giving me a real reason of why they couldn't close my account. Everyone here wouldn't help me, and if you have to close your account with them, just do it over the phone rather than going to this specific wells.

::No tellers on the busiest time of the day. No excuse, they need to train every one to be able to step in, and hire more people. I know about the large bonuses, that could be used to hire more people.
