  This Credit Union doesn't know how to do Basic Math!! And the Customer service is terrible. I tried to give them my business but they failed to reach expectations.

  Staff are short in customer service. Need more training to know about the quirks in activating an ATM card. Just because it was issued by a 3rd party doesn't mean they just refer you to a 866 number when you walk-in to do so due to a bad experience in recent past. Credit Union is supposed to have better banking experience than commercial banks!

  Cynthia McDonald aka Cindi over at Gain FCU completed the lease buyout of our vehicle, and the customer service experience exceeded our expectations in terms of speed, professionalism, and efficiency.   I have been a member for over a decade. I had a simple question when I sent a message through the online banking portal. I simply asked, "Why doesn't Gain FCU pay a fair savings account interest rate?" Like Ally, which pays 2.25% on their savings account. The answer received was- " We have other products". My response was I know, the other products pay less than 2% and the money may be tied. I sent another message, this time the answer was- "We don't know." Who ever answered my questions online- Hello!- That's not an appropriate response, you represent Gain FCU and that is your best answer? Get up, and find the answer! We the customer park our money at Gain- pay your salary- and this is the best you can do?. If I had employee that answered to my customer in that manner he/she would be fired! No room for incompetence!

  I've been with this credit union since 2006. Always helpful, good service, employees are happy and like their job. That says a lot. Easy to find. Ample free parking. ATM and drive thru are available. Nice, clean bathrooms and exceptional childs play area.
