::From the moment I walked in the bank I was welcomed by the branch manager. Claudia also provided excellent services with my account. My overall 1st experience has exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this branch and Wells Fargo. ***Note plan to pay to park on side street of building, construction is underway.

::Went into the bank yesterday to close out a loan and the "customer service" rep, Carolyn, was extremely rude when I started asking questions about my personal loan. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but after my first question she gave me an attitude and it was to the point where I was going to ask to close out my account with Wells because of her. Ana, one of the bankers there, saw the situation unfolding, addressed it with complete professionalism and was able to help me out with no problem.
