::They wouldn't notarize my document because it didn't have a line for a notary. Sorry, but I dont buy it; either you're authorized to notarize something or you aren't. Really screwed me over with the apartment I wanted to get in to.

::This branch either needs more chairs or more bank employees, too long of a wait for a Saturday. Can there be just one employee dealing with temp. Debit card issues?

::I try to avoid this location if I can. The tellers at this particular branch seem to be trained to use pressure tactics to sell you stuff. I even have a no solicitation flag on my account and they'll still try to bug me over the intercom every time I go there. Once, even after telling the girl no thank you when she suggested an account upgrade, she proceeded to give me this BS about how my account wasn't safe enough and I needed to upgrade. After I left I called the corporate office to ask them if it was true my money wasn't safe (I knew it was already....hello? FDIC much?) and if I needed to switch banks. Of course they told me my money was absolutely safe, she was completely full of it and they would speak to her manager immediately. I've been with Wells Fargo for many years and have visited many different branches and I have never ever come across a branch that uses scare tactics to sell you accounts.
