  I didn't hate it. Just thought it sucks on a Monday I go in to open a savings account. And there's 1 person opening accounts. And a long line of people. But what does it are the empty cubicals with nobody manning them.

  Called chase before coming, explained situation and was told what we needed to do/where to go. Arrived around 5:35 to open a new checking account. Was told almost immediately that they "close at 6 and checking accounts take about 30 minutes to set up". We explained that my partner works during the day and this was literally the only time we have for a while. He said he would see what he could do. Enter Scott Tuggle... Scott wants to be off by 6. Let's make this perfectly clear. He is practically wearing a flashing neon sign that says this. Hot date, needs to feed his cat? We will never know. No way, no how was ole Scott opening an account for us. He found every single reason NOT to help us and sent us on our not so merry way. Good for you Scott. We will now bank with someone else, and my husband was wanting to open an account here where we DO deposit thousands every month...but you lost us as a customer very quickly.

  Very slow service on a Saturday afternoon when you would expect the bank to be fully staffed. Signed in at 12:50 and it is 1:18 and I am still waiting. No one has been seen and there are two people waiting ahead of me. There are now 5 people waiting after us. Very dissapointing visit. Will not visit his location again.
