  Most of the tellers are nice most of the time, but they can occasionally have their bad days just like anyone else. They do not have a drive-thru, and they do not have a coin-counting machine, and they will not accept coin deposits. In fact, the teller made me feel like a jerk for bringing in my change. She told me to take my coins down to the Coinstar machine at the Stop & Shop down the road where you have to pay a fee (12% iirc).

  I have been banking here for about four years. No major problems to report personally wish they had a drive thru. Updated ATMs interact with cell phones. Have mortgages with them as well so get a discount and free checking

  The most rude bank i have ever walked into. If I was ever thinking of opening accounts with them, they definitely lost my interest at hello. So sad. Management should really train better on customer service and sales skills.
