  they never have enough staff. I sat at the drive through waiting for a teller and she's standing by the wall laughing and talking like I'm not there.

  they are becoming like all the other banks. been waiting on hold on the 800# for 15 minutes to get my ACH going that was applied for online 2 days ago, spoke lat night to them and they still haven't taken care of things. BS

  Standing in line now for 20 min. Worlds most convenient bank - not when u have 1 teller on your days open. Close your doors or properly staff your floor. 2 stars because u r open.
