  Always difficult to work with the cashiers. Never helpful and take to long to complete a transaction. They make you feel like your asking for loan with your own money.

  Service time greatly varies by teller. Service. is sometimes chaotic. Was almost short changed $40 in one ocasion. Was denied currency due to "damage" it was not mutilated nor did it require special examination to determine it's value. Overall would not recommend. I would recommend Bank of Texas off of Penn st.
