  Horrible bank, they signed me up for a bank account that takes money out of my account if I dont use my debit card, never did I say I was ok with that. Plus it takes a full day to make a deposit, what kind of bank takes 24 hrs to put money into your account, I have a first national bank account and bam deposited right into account. I would of just gone to a check cashing place and taken a 1% loss. Worst bank ever.

  This has to be the slowest bank in DFW I'm always here between 30min yo a Hour easy...smh

  I've banked with Regions for a year now, even when I lived in Tennessee. Very helpful people who understand life happens. On 2 occasions I had to ask if they'd refund my NSF fees due to over paying on bills! They were very helpful to hold off on those fees since I was to have to money back in my account the next day or so. The only thing they need to work on is their Mobil app. Needs work.
