::Buisness banker Otman is useless in helping my Construction company at all. Wellsfargo is best for deposit, they provide ZERO services to anyone as a business. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

::Saturday at 11:45 am, the line is over 10 people long and they have only one teller working at the counter. There are actually two people behind the counter, but the 2nd person is standing behind the first teller (instead of opening another window). I stood in line for over 10 minutes and not even one person moved in the line...the same customer was standing at the teller for over 10 minutes. I had to leave because I couldn't spend an hour in line. By this time, the bank had closed, so I had to ask a banker to unlock the doors... she says to me, "this happens every Saturday... everyone comes in during the last 30 minutes." If you know already that this happens every Saturday, then why don't you have more people behind the counter to help?! Why don't you schedule more people towards the end of the day so that people don't have to wait an hour?! Clearly, this branch is poorly managed.

::I have a business account with Wells Fargo, and I'm considering switching banks due to the lack of tellers during rush hours. Not uncommon for a line to the door at around noon with only 2 of the 10+ teller stations being used and plenty of other staff member just lounging in their desks instead of helping customers. Get it together. I wont be returning to this branch any longer. Hire some people and stop being cheap.

::Only 1 teller working at noon on a weekday??!! Manager explained that their 1 other teller is on lunch break. Maybe times when everyone else is on lunch break isnβt the best time to have staff go on lunch? Even then 2 people seems very understaffed. Manager blamed it all on corporate research models. Third time in the last week Iβve tried to use this bank and every time there has been a line out the door.
