::Just move to Frost bank. This place is a joke. There’s never any staff and they make the simplest things impossible and inconvenient. We had a very large check to deposit and they wouldn’t let us deposit it because there wasn’t a banker available and told us to schedule an appointment for next week…we went next door to Frost bank and deposited it immediately with no issues.

::I've been using these guys for 10 years and now I'm on the threshold of leaving completely. Tried to open up a business account, after having been told by customer service to do it online and then given an error to come into the office. I came in and was told that I should set up an appointment and that they couldn't do it because there was only 30 minutes left in the day. So much run around so much hassle and no customer service. I feel like I should bank where I feel appreciated as a customer and not a number. If it takes 10 minutes online then why does it need to take an hour in person. I was literally the only one in there and I can see why.

::I came in early morning during the week and was helped right away by one of the tellers Adecia (sp?) She was super friendly and made sure I was up to date on notifications and reminders in the Wells Fargo app. I hadn’t been into a bank in several years due to the ease of mobile banking and depositing but good to know that the customer service has remained at a high level!

::The tellers are polite but are easily confused. This is the only location that i go to that makes me fill out a deposit slip. I feel it is more because they have a hard time remembering amounts. When i ask them why they are the only one that makes me fill it out they seem to get offended and make it seem like it's my fault. The average time it takes for me to be taken care of at this bank is 15 minutes whereas it only takes my regular bank 5 minutes... This rating is based on my last 5 visits.
