::This location has had GREAT employees since my first time walking into the branch 3 years ago. I watched Luke grow in his career and enjoy the business acumen of Summer and Josh now. As of late, I have been in a few 'pickles' and they were not pleasant. The new Branch Manager is unlike any other corporate manager before him. He has an open door policy and treats each customer like they are valued. He has provided me with EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and FINANCIAL ADVISEMENT! Jeff, just stopping in to say I am appreciative of your professionalism, personality, and servant leadership. Have a great weekend filled with fun!

::I just had the wonderful opportunity to talk with Josh Smith. I asked him about adding a co-signor remotely to an account. The Preston Branch told me there a few minutes earlier that there was no way to do it without coming into the Branch. The account owner is 90 years old and unable to go in as well as exposing him in this pandemic. The Preston Branch said sorry wish we could help you. Josh said if we could get a Notary to come by the house, there is definitely a way it can be done remotely. He explained there may be a few more "hoops" to jump through but it can be done while keeping my father safe! Josh was amazing and very patient!!! He should teach the Preston Branch a class on Customer Service!

::I have been banking with Regions bank for over 14years, and I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I have been trying to set appointments with the bank over the past month, and have not been able to see anyone. As soon as I was able to see someone(after waiting an hour for a set appointment) I was completely disrespected, and lied to by the banking staff. I would never recommend this financial institution to anyone.

::For years I have visited this branch and have never been disappointed. They seem to bend over backwards to help. Besides, I like going to a place where they make an effort to know me by name. To another reviewerβs point, there was a period of time during which for family reasons and promotions, there was turnover. In my experience, the employees were always knowledgeable and efficient, and the current manager has been a settling force over the last year or so. As a bank, Regions may not be for everyone. However, for my firm, it has been just what the doctor ordered.
