  This bank has the worst service, I'm a merchant with a business account I went in for a deposit and need it help counting money I asked the teller if they could run their counting machine and told me they couldn't do that because it's not policy i deposit 5k-10k every other day, and they can even help with that? I asked for the manager and she practically gave me the finger ( same answer) I have been doing business with this bank for 4 years and never had this happens. Fyi Wells Fargo my account ends on 9201, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Have been there twice and the banker Adam Gomez have been very helpful, enthusiastic, explaining and giving us great advices!!

  This branch has the worst service ever. My legal name is changed and my mortgage account has the old name with them. I just wanted to open a check account, and they forced me to change the name on the mortgage. Because of that, I drove back home to find out my name change documents and passport, then they said I needed the birth certificate which I don't have in hands. Failed service. I am happy to use other banks now.

  Felipe is the best personal banker ever....... he has amazing customer service and goes that extra mile to help you out, anyone that needs a new account go see him....
