::Vivian was my banker today. There was a bit of a mix-up with appointment times (not her fault), but she squeezed me in before her next client and made sure I was taken care of. She was also doing her best to direct traffic and help other customers get to their assigned banker. Seems like this Citi branch was slightly short-staffed when I went in, but Vivian was giving 110%, and I really appreciated her help!!

::This is one of the better locations. Staff are friendly and helpful. Somethings I needed require an appointment but overall, my experience at this location have been very good.

::I think they have changed the hours. The bank opens at 10 am Monday through Friday now. Last time, I went there to make a deposit at 9 am but unfortunately, the front door was locked, then I realized that it is not open until 10 am.
