::This is one of the worst banks I have ever encountered. Although it may have a great location, the customer service is indeed horrible and unacceptable. As a high school student, I was interested in opening an account for my first debit card, however, they showed no signs of respect and provided customer service that was disruptive to the process of opening up an account. When asked a question, they responded with an answer that was unclear and incorrect when stated on their paperwork otherwise. They threaten to close all my parent's accounts just because I wanted to open an account for my first debit card. When I talked to the managers about the situation, the managers continued to threaten my parents to close ALL their accounts and if they did not close ALL their accounts, the managers would report my parent's accounts to corporate. He claims that the minimum requirement to open an account is the status of citizenship in the United States and forced my parents to close the account by this week or else he would call corporate to close it themselves. My parents have been loyal customers to Chase for 30+ years now and like to remain that way. Ultimately, I suggest strongly to not come to this bank because of their lack of customer service and the unhelpful manner in handling a situation.

::I love this bank. They always treat their customers right, the staff here is friendly and pleasant to the eye. I never feel rushed when speaking with the personal bankers. Chase has a solid system that is customer eccentric. I don't understand why other people choose to use Well's Fargo (slow service) or Bank of America (will charge you for anything they can and take advantage of the poor).

::im left my phone galaxy s3 inside chase bank at table ,step out 2 min and i come back is gone .i talk to manager he said dont know nothing about it ,but camera everywhere . and i ask manager can i see the camera he tell no ,i need law to see camera ,i really dont like chase costumer...
