::Well Fargo follows crazy policy to let customers waiting forever on the phone and has very few bankers to help me. We have to have an appoinment to get your attention. The service is very bad as compared to three yrs ago. I do not want to put my moneys into Well Fargo bank anymore because of very substandard services. It is time to boycott this bank !

::Horrible service No one answers the phone I tried to make an appointment online and had to use a different reason for my coming in cause the real reason isnāt listed My appointment is 11 days away and now that Iām reading the reviews I wonder if I will even be seen. If no one calls me I may have to change banksā¦. Why donāt you have an answering machine for us āolderā individuals who are not computer literate. Where is service??

::TERRIBLE customer service!!! I came to the branch on Herndon and Fowler because my account was shut off with no explanation. No one really knew what to do so I asked for the supervisor and as stated I was told "im too busy to help you out"(David Murti). At the time there was barely any customers in the bank. Would not recommend coming to this branch if you need any help with your account or honestly anything in general.

::I had an appointment today at 9am, I got there and said they were not going to open today because they were short staff!! I waited a whole week for this appointment and they donāt even bother to call and reschedule my appointment. I have 3 kids and had to make arrangements for this appointment, just for me to not be seen.

::Itās a good thing banks donāt need good customer service to stay open! Made an appointment to open 2 additional accounts, waited for 30 minutes to be told that their business account rep wasnāt there. Meanwhile the Assistant Manager sat on her cell phone looking at everyone waiting. The one guy that did acknowledge me, gave me a number to another branch that no one ever answers. Bummer that big banks donāt care anymore.
