Usually no wait time and the tellers are very professional. I’ve made some smart money choices with the help of the financial advisors. Other than the awesome staff, this location needs an updated look. The decor is similar to a DMV.

This review is more about the corporate decision making of Citibank. They had a convenient location on Bullard and 1st about 5 years ago that they decided to close. Now I have to drive to Clovis which is not the greatest location.. one walk up ATM and drive-thru. Almost got run over in the parking lot while waiting in line to get to the ATM. I will be changing Banks next year.

I think that all of the tellers do a great job and are professional and friendly. Also, Giselle does a very efficient and knowledgeable job in dealing with businesses. She is very thorough when handling my money deposits and banking questions.

For teller experience- expect 10-20 for Citibank customers and 15-30 for non customers. Tellers are a bit on edge and not real friendly, but perhaps that's because the place got robbed a few months ago. They have a dedicated line with 2 tellers for customers and a line for non customers, which get called after every 3 customers get their turn. They have a couple newer employees so please be patient with tellers as they have proper procedures to follow and non customers can expect multiple verification points.

The employees sound nice but the teller service Is slow. almost like standing.in line at the DMV. Would give a higher rating but they need more tellers. Is there any training for the loan officers or customer service reps. Most of the time they are just sitting at a desk.
