  No matter what time I come whether it's busy or 1 person there it's only 1 teller working while 3 others pretend to work behind the counter terrible customer experience would never keep my money in this establishment

  They take forever. And top of that they don't know what there doing most of the time to the point they need to go to there manager.

  This branch has no customer service at all. Wells Fargo use to have a great service….

  Do not go to this bank, danielle sanders & Tania very unprofessional, i can’t believe Danielle is a manager there. I think they hate because they see a young girl pulling out a large amount of money. they tried to find any excuse not to give me my money. Tania moves very slow & she don’t care how big the line is & she got mad when I tried telling her ... they’re like one of those ladies that got an attitude because they work at the post office instead they work at Wells Fargo

  I just had an interaction with a teller at the location on Bellflower/Arkansas in Bellflower. The teller was very rude. Every single time I have come to this location they are always rude. (I won’t use this location again). I’ve never gone to a bank and/or credit union and deposited cash into someone else’s account and not been able to complete my transaction. I was told that this has been going on for two years. I was told that I would need to purchase a cashiers check or a temporary check to make the deposit to this account since it wasn’t my account. I was just trying to help a friend out by doing this transaction for them. I decided to purchase the temp check. I was then told I would have to purchase three even though I only need one check. During the whole transaction she seemed to have a lot of attitude with me. I’m not sure if it was because I was black or if she was just having a bad day. I spoke to a few people that use this branch and they agreed with me. The teller made me feel like I was interrupting her from doing something else. She just made me feel some type of way. I won’t be coming back to this location and will encourage my friends and family not to either. The customer service was not acceptable in my opinion. I have worked at banks and credit unions and I never treated anyone unprofessional. Hopefully no one else has to go through my experience.
