::Do not open any accounts with this bank just bunch of time wasting. I opened a secured BCC, they couldn't locate the money order for almost 3 weeks that got sent to corporate office, finally got the card tried to setup online account, I've been told it's not associated with Ny social security, even though that it's 1 owner company. Finally went to the branch to fix this, have been told oh set up online appointment, I have my mortgage also with them, but it's just bunch of time wasting nothing more then a bump after another.

::I frequent this Branch often, daily as I make our offices deposits in the am. The old woman who I assume greets at the door is the most unwelcoming, unfriendly person i have ever met. I understand bad mornings but she has never not once smilled or acknowledged me or any other the customers whom enter or leave with me. Her face is full of dread all the time and she avoids eye contact 🤣 Aside from her, the rest of the staff are very friendly, very welcoming and very good at what they do. Having that mad looking lady upfront as a greeter creats a very unwelcoming atmosphere when you walk in. Switch her out for the tellers, they do so well with greetings!

::I just went in to get quarters to wash. Simple transaction. This where I opened my account where I do most if my transactions and I usually get EXCELLENT Costumer Service! The teller his name JOE SAYAVONGA since I walked up I told him I came to get quarters. Why push the bottom to make me go over if your not going to be ready for me. He's a "Teller Supervisor" so as one he shoukd know customer service is everything. And then he gives me what I didn't ask for and when I tried correcting him he rudely said "ok no problem we have a lot of those" today's experience was just bad with this guy hope his boss reads it.

::Quick and easy. Greeter at the door made sure I was welcome and let me know exactly what I needed to do. Teller was very sweet and the transaction took maybe 2 minutes. I really appreciate that level of service.

::Wells Fargo is one of the best service banks you can get. Sure they charge service fees BUT they provide the services. Rock solid, professional it does not get any better. I have made deposits all over California on a FRIDAY and I have never had to wait more than 10 mins if there were over 20 people in line. most of the time there is no line, from Temecula to Palm Desert, from Santa Monica to the City of Industry they are the best. They do it all, real estate, short term loans and currency exchanges.
