  Always a pleasure stopping by the bank. The personnel are highly personable and efficient. I normally am able to do my bank business in minutes.

  The branch manager and Mari were very kind and understanding. They went out of their way to help and took a lot of time helping me resolve an issue when I visited the area from out of state. Very grateful.

  I cant begin to express how thankful I am for all of the help they were. Very nice and friendly staff, and they’ll take care of anything that is in their power! Most of these reviews on here make 0 sense to me, and don’t even relate to this branch. Its a great branch !! They honestly saved so much of my time and made a frustrating day much much better. Thank you 🙏

  I NEVER leave google reviews/yelp reviews, but I had to say something about this business/institution!! I went in wanting to apply for a credit card (not only did I get judgmental looks right when I walked in), but the woman assisting me (her name is Merisa/Melissa) REFUSED to even let me apply! I didn't even get a CHANCE to fill out any paperwork!! (This was after she interrogated me in a judgmental tone; asking several questions on why I needed the money...) Her reasoning? She said I was young and I was making an unwise financial decision (based off her own bias) and she said, word-for-word, "I have the right to decline service." She continued to claim that MY reasoning for the card was invalid. (Mind you, I told her I wanted the card to help pay for an educational program...) ON TOP of all this, she spoke to me in a demeaning manner and did not smile once! AND she left the desk twice (gone for about 10 minutes each time) just to come back and say she wasn't going to even TRY. Even when she declined service & spoke down to me, I STILL tried leaving smiling, but she looked away from me and begrudgingly nodded... I may be young, but I have an excellent credit score (over 700) & I always pay my dues on time. Shouldn't a bank want your business, regardless of the reasoning, if they can see you will pay them back on time? What I was planning on doing with the money should have been no concern to her... Now that I'm looking online, I can see why this establishment is doing so poorly. HELPFUL TIP: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOLKS...THEY'RE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. They obviously don't value potential customers and the staff does not care about potential business apparently.

  I used to really like this bank. Stephanie has always been really awesome. The problem is with the new manager Ana. It seems like anything you asked for she’s just so excited and is just waiting to say no so she can some weird satisfaction . I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt I tried working with her and she made it impossible so I had to take my business to Bank of America .
