::I love these co-ops but I have some real concerns about its future. There is an incredible amount of infighting going on behind closed doors around the pillars that hold this company up. To name a few; toxic work environment, managerial negligence, bad customer service, lazy long term employees working the bare minium, technological incompetence, wasting time and other colleagues time, squabbling, lying and backstabbing over the most petty unprofessional personal vendettas. This mostly stems from management refusing to acknowledge the problem that the tenured employees in the sales department are causing. They put in as little work as possible to hold onto their job security at the cost of the company's profit margins. Which has a cascading effect on the work environment and the company infrastructure. Management needs to act if you want to secure the future of these co-ops. Cut the dead weight while you still can. Hire fresh blood who is actually willing to put in work. Merit the employees who have shown they want to succeed, and pay them living wages accordingly. Three years or less before bankruptcy or buyout. It will be quite a spectacle to see this store turn into another ritzy apartment complex.

::I love everything about this place! They focus on local and fresh foods. Items available are generally more chemically free with fewer but more pure ingredients. The staff are always helpful and friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. The Wedge is also big on sustainability with their strong support (and financial discounts to you!) for bringing your own containers/ packages, their use of eco-friendly trays at the deli vs Styrofoam trays, the convenient Terra Cycle bins (for hard to recycle items such as multi-layered bags and tooth paste tubes), and more! Shop local, shop organic, reduce packaging waste and live well at the Wedge! I highly recommend becoming a member as well!

::Amazing store! Great location on the bus line with car and bike parking available. The selection was amazing, prices were reasonable - below Whole Foods for comparable products. Vegetarian and vegan options along with sustainably sourced meat products. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is our new go-to grocery store!

::We are members so we love going here. The staff are great, they always have what we are looking for and their deli case is very yummy! A tad bit expensive but member discounts and knowing you are buying quality products make it all worth it!

::This is one of the oldest co-ops in the Twin Cities. They are dedicated to providing local produce, and supporting local people. They have the best greens And the widest selection of fruits, anywhere in the Twin Cities.
