::Amazing shop for Greek and Arab foods including cheese, dried fruit, nuts, yoghurt/labneh, beans, oil, juice, sweets (e.g., baklava). Yum!

::Ecellent source of Mediterranean foods! Great selection of feta from many lands. Wonderful olives, winey Kalamata to buttery green. Bought my gyro meat here 5.00 a lb (from frozen, put in a 300 degree oven for 2 hrs...perfect!) and the pitas to go with it. Served it that night with loads of sliced onion, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce to rave reviews!

::Original and tasty Greek. Please probably the best one this part of the country. Better Greek only in N.Y.C. I should know. I’m Greek

::Great place to try the very fresh feta cheeses, olives, & figs. Also an OK selection of teas. Very good place to buy bulk items like dried fruits and the herbs. You MUST buy a bag of oregano and use it. Even if you do not make homemade pizza it will add so much rich flavor to a frozen pizza. Cardamom is reasonably priced here, too. It's excellent in rolls and Finnish Pulla bread and makes a warming AUTHENTIC chai tea.

::I was a regular customer until we moved. Went back to a larger store and a great deal of different and imported food stuff. The owner, who was there about 30 years ago, is still behind the counter: helpful, friendly and knows her stuff. I had been buying olives at Lunds for close to $10/lb. and bought better ones there for about $6/lb. She has interesting prepared / frozen items in the cooler -- just ask. I bet there would be more out and available if more people would stop. She says the young people in the area do not cook. I cook and will go out of my way to buy their cheese, olives, bread, sausage and other goodies.
