  Incredible bike shop! I've been a customer since 2012, when they were at their Caltrain location. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. Prices are comparable to the rest of the city but the staff will throw in whatever little freebies they can to help you out. Go here, you won't regret it!

  Amazing service! I walked in with a "tacod" wheel that all the other bikes shops just waved off saying it's unrepairable or that it isn't worth it. Just buy a new one, they said. At Warm Planet Bikes they took a look, didn't commit but promised to do their best. And their best they did. Thanks you Thomas! I will deferentially come back if I need anything else!

  The shop owner at the front is great. Always a smile and pleased to help you. The mechanic in the back has a knowledge base like no one else in the city. It's super chill here I feel calmer just buying an inter tube somtimes. My bike always comes back in better condition. I go to these to above all others Also,( best price in town)!!!!

  Dude was extremely rude. He also said I should " learn more about bikes" without ever asking about my knowledge of bike. I was extremely offended and I suggest no one goes there. The time and date is 9:45 Aug 8th.
