::Never got a chance to write a review. Tried to buy something Sent my trade in e-mail no response so I called and got some arrogant salesman on the phone who didn't want my brand new RV 2018 in trade . He took down my info and never called me back. I am glad the economy is so good right now. When it turns down again ...and it will the leisure market is the first to struggle. Lets see how arrogant they are then.

::Very nice travel trailers especially. Those aerostreams are super cute. They also sell Jayco motor homes. Very nice. They tend to have a higher headroom than most which is super important to me b at 6ft 5 inch tall. Great salesman, didn't make me feel pushed. Gave me what I needed ave the space to learn about my soon to be investment.

::Knowledgeable staff and excellent products made our experience stellar. Be sure and check out their loaded products. When you compare to the base models the "other" guys offer, you get more for your money with Vogt. Anthony Miller was great, very patient with all our questions and treats all customers the same regardless of "ready to buy" or not. Would shop there again.

::We recently had our Jayco in for a window replacement. Everyone we interacted with were kind, courteous, and very helpful (not to mention empathetic for us for having a shattered window). Our service advisor, Claude Ready went above and beyond. It was like working with a good friend. Thank you, Vogt for great service and a terrific staff!

::Cut throat salesmen. I am the caretaker of my Dad who has become elderly before he wants to. He knows RVs as much as any salesman, but he no longer has the ability to RV. It would be a danger to himself and other people trying to do so. It is not easy to get a parent who has early mental declines to give up several things that they need to, nor recognized legally. I have had to go over to this dealership to get money back after my Dad paying hundreds of dollars for them to keep a RV "sales price" at $150,000. The sales person continued to call my Dad's cellphone, in which I had to block the sales guy, name was something like "Blace". Found my Dad calling this place again. I called and explained the situation to management and requested the sales guy to lay off pursuing this sale. Didn't work. I realize you are in sales, man, but when a family member tells you the condition of an elderly man that should not be driving an RV and you continue with the sale, it is just unethical. If anyone else has a similar problem as to what I have had, then please write a complaint to the BBB like I am doing.
