  Had a great experience with United RV. Jim Vititow is very helpful in giving you tech tips on keeping your RV in tip top shape. The tips on tire maintenance an grey water in tank worked perfect. How to maintain your awning on the RV helped alot. The service department is top of the line employees who care about your RV. An always willing to answer any questions you have. My next up grade for a new RV will be with United RV hands down the best in Texas.

  Had a great experience getting a new rig from United RV! Our sales person was very friendly listened to our needs and found three units that fit our requests. No pressure, no hype. We selected the one we wanted and the sale went very smooth at a very fair price. The walk around was detailed and all our questions were answered. Once again no rush, he took his time and was very informed about the unit. We had a very pleasant buying experience from all of the staff. Special thanks to Deede, Kevin, and Jim V. Highly recommended!

  Great customer service! Brad took time to review all the RVs that fell within our price range. He explained everything and told me what to look for as we shopped around. He was so kind and helpful! We shopped around, coming back to United RV for our purchase. We then met Brian in the service dept. He was also great! He did a very thorough walk thru and explained how to use everything. United RV is a great place and they provide excellent customer service!

  The personal attention the fine people at United RV give you is above and beyond anything I ever expected. From shopping in the huge retail area, to storage, to any service that needs done. Huge kudos to Jim, Kevin, Scott, Mike. They take care of us and make sure our needs are met. They certainly make life much more simple for us with just a quick email or phone call. Thank you for all your hard work.

  I needed an emergency repairs the day after new years 2018. The repair job didn't go is I expected, and I had further trouble on down the road. the staff, especially the service manager was very gracious about it and refunded a portion of the money that I had paid to make it right. I would go on to say that four years prior I had the need for repairs on a different motor home. On that occasion they did job for me with no problems whatsoever. One last thing, they have the most incredible parts department and accessories display I have ever seen at any RV dealer anywhere.
