::The doctor I was seen by is very competent. I was having a problem with my previous doctor and Visionworks listen empathically/carefully to my concerns and then rechecked my eyes. We found that my previous doctor had gotten my prescription completely wrong, TWICE. REALLY ! He was not a visionwork's doctor and he misdiagnosed my condition twice. The visionworks doctor who was very thorough and very nice properly diagnosed my condition and reordered my glasses. Because of the error my first doctor made, Visionworks exchanged two pairs of glasses; they were very accommodating with the exchanges until we got the problem solved. The associates at the front counter were terrific people. I am really satisfied with my experience. Thank you Visionworks. I will go there again and again.

::Why the 2 star? Marlene does not know how to speak to customers. She clearly hates her job with the tone she delivers. What a terrible person to have engaging with your clients. Pretty toxic to the environment on what is really an overall great group of doctors. Why not 1 star? Because the doctors are amazing.

::Not a good experience, but one must experience their own experience to truly judge. I am the type of person that loves when a doctor can respect my complaints about a prescription giving me issues and not forced to try it out when I have limited time to deal with extreme head aches. However, I am waiting for a refund and maybe it was just a difference in comfort level and opinion.

::They do not accommodate you - very lazy office staff. Every time I go for kids it takes so long and I pay a lot of money even with there "great" promotion. I am looking to go somewhere else. Good Luck!
