  The director: Laurie Crocco is severely mentally unstable as are a few of the other workers/ "counselors" Laurie is quite smug, and has no respect or regard for the clients, or their well being, only a political money mindset. Unfortunately everyone (staff and clients) suffer. So Terrible to have someone in charge like this, especially with the opioid epidemic that has hit NJ, just lost a friend last week from it. If places employed more suitable people perhaps we could fight this war on drugs/alcohol.

  I was a resident of Spring House from Dec of 1998-Oct 1999. The staff was great. Very helpful in helping me to become a better person. I learned a lot and will always be thankful.
