The staff was great. Everyone was incredibly kind and nice. No one acted like machines. They were very professional, yet, all had a sense of humor. I would take the staff that tended to my care any day. Even the Valet parking attendant was great. As I left the hospital, he knew which car I had without even looking at the board. That's personal attention. I especially liked the beautiful chapel available with the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.

Went there for an MRI and everything went smoothly. Mr. Shawn who registered me was wonderful. They really care for your health. Most noticeable for me was when i step inside the actual imaging department i quickly remembered the lady in charge. She is so wonderful and her voice relaxed me& through the whole MRI session. Thanks to the wonderful TEAM.

My husband just had an outpatient procedure done here. We were both so impressed with the level of care and compassion given here. From Damaris at the reception desk to Cynthia- who cared and prepped him for the procedure, the anesthesiologist- who answered all our questions, and Mike- in recovery, everyone could not have been nicer or more caring. Wow what a difference that makes when you are already anxious about a health issue. Of course, Dr. Kolnik, you are AWESOME! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us! Great doctor, hospital and staff. Compassionate care found here.

I have to truly say that from the time of admission up to and including my discharge for an open heart surgery, I felt I was in a really good place with a wonderful and caring staff. This includes from the registrar to the food servers and even the maintenance personnel, who cleaned the room. Knowing that they are probably short staffed like a lot of other places, they put it aside and did a fantastic job. As far as the nurses who cared for me, I can’t give them enough praise here. Simply put, they were wonderful and quite caring, who did their job quite well. I was up and out of bed the day after surgery, and walking. In closing, If you are unsure as to go here or not, don’t be.

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AH—VOID!!! We were transferred here from Virtua Voorhees because the ER doctor said the doctors at Lords were a much better fit for the problem we were having. We have never been to Lords before. We arrived up to the floor to find holes in the bedroom wall! Our door only stayed shut if we stuck a paper towel in it. The bathroom was dirty and stained. Disgusting! My wife was given a roommate. I could see this if the room was bigger but it wasn’t. You kinda get the impression that they would stack you on top of someone if they could get away with it. Besides, sharing a room is out dated, especially after a pandemic. The dirty air conditioner with soda stains on it that squealed while barely working, was a nice touch too. My wife put her socks on and said the floor was sticky. HOW-GROSS!! My wife’s procedure was supposed to be done the next morning. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and my wife stayed up all night switching from a chair to her bed. The next morning she went to get her procedure done, only to find out that due to Bidens vaccine mandates, they don’t have enough staff to do it. They instead scheduled us for a later date, to which we insisted not be done here. While we waited for her discharge papers, I decided to check out the cafeteria. All I can say is that it looked like something out of a prison movie! Burnt burgers just thrown together in a holding pan that may or may not stay up to heath code temperature. They also serve a variety of mystery meat. They had some wrapped up sandwiches that looked like they were packaged last month. Hard pass!! The staff was friendly. The staff really tried hard to accommodate. Honestly, we both feel sorry that they have to work in these conditions. This hospital needs to either be shut down or a major management over haul from top to bottom should happen.
