::NaDine drew my blood and I didn’t even know she did it!!!! I was shocked and delighted it was so literally “painless “! The room was neat and clean and she and her coworker weee so pleasant!!! My EKG followed with no waiting as well! I’ll reschedule at Our Lady of Lourdes again, if needed!

::Upon my visit today at Lady of Lourdes hospital I met the most wonderful person ever. Her name was Michelle. I didn’t have any money on me. and she insisted on purchasing my food. ::This is the second time I’ve had to come in for pre op services. My surgery had been postponed, and I was lucky enough to have Nadine and Michelle help me. I had seen Nadine last time and she is fantastic. Michelle I had never met before, and she too was terrific too. I was so glad that they were both working today. Thank you ladies for making my experience great!!
