  John, Rich and Anthony have been so kind and supportive of my two girls as they got started in martial arts this year. Its a family run business that really cares for all of their students. I highly recommend the family plan, it's a great value with plenty to offer for everyone!

  Been a student here for the last 8 years! Great people who have become my family! Learned effective material that has helped me defend myself in the past. THE place to study martial arts anywhere in the state of New York! This place, has become a part of me, and always will be my second home.

  My Son started taking classes a few years ago. He was not much into sports, and I wanted to get him involved with something that would be good for him physically. From the very first day, it was easy to see how great the instructors were with the kids. It was also easy to see how much the martial arts helped my Son develop balance, coordination, balance and control. He is now a green belt, and I believe that the martial arts training that he received at VMA has given him confidence, as well as discipline. I would highly recommend VMA for any parent looking to get their kids involved in Martial Arts. No attitudes, just good instruction from highly respected teachers.
