  I cannot say enough amazing things about The Welcome Mat. Before I began practicing here, I had never taken a yoga class. I was always itching to give yoga a try but quite honestly, I felt too intimidated. When I stumbled across The Welcome Mat website the very first thing I saw was, "There are no judgments or expectations here. Roll out your mat and practice, one breath at a time." The Welcome Mat was exactly what I was looking for - a place where I would feel comfortable enough to practice and learn at my own pace. Well, The Welcome Mat has given me that and so much more. From the amazing instructors to your fellow yogis, you feel a true sense of community here. If you are thinking of giving yoga a try, look no further than The Welcome Mat. I could never imagine practicing anywhere else.

  This studio has come such a long way, with so much to offer. There is always something new to look forward to, such as workshops for adults and kids, meditation, yoga nidra, educational workshops, etc. Each yoga teacher is so unique and there are such a variety of classes in order to find what best suites your practice. This yoga studio is described as a home, filled with the most welcoming people and comforting atmosphere. It is more than just a yoga practice, it is a community that turns into a family full of love and support. Thanks to both of the owners, Toni and Samantha, they go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their customers. They are both very easy to talk to with the kindest hearts. I look forward to my daily practice at this studio and that will never change! :)

  I was a yoga naysayer and this place transformed me into a yoga lover!! I am actually now a monthly unlimited member!! Welcome Mat is a great studio in a friendly town. One of the owners, Toni, is a yoga teacher from the same location under the former owner. She is great. Samantha (the other partner) gives a great beginner class several times a week. There is even a weekly boot camp class given by a certified fitness trainer and the people love it. This place (formally A jewel in the Lotus) was renovated to uncover a clean, serene, very zen studio (vastly different than the prior look and feel). I love all the quiet calming colors. I have taken several classes with the different teachers here. All are great.

  The most Beautiful & calming Yoga Studio. My Instructors Ty & Toni were Amazing. We forget in this fast paced life we need to Stop sometimes & just be. My first class was The Community Class & I can't wait for my next one. The schedule is Awesome & I was able to sneak out of work for a lunch hour and it was Intense and Informative. These Yogie's know there stuff. Pricing was so reasonable & you leave feeling Rejuvenated !!!!!!
